I offer flexible licensing options for patterns and illustrations, including non-exclusive and exclusive licences, as well as full buyouts depending on the availability of the artwork.

A non-exclusive licence allows you to select an existing design to manufacture and sell within a single product category. The design may also be licensed to other companies at the same time, whether within the same category or in different ones.

An exclusive licence grants you sole usage rights within your specified product category. During the term of the licence, the artwork will not be licensed to any other brand operating in that category. However, it may still be licensed in unrelated industries or categories.

If you require complete exclusivity across all categories and sectors, a bespoke quote can be provided.

Licences are issued for a standard period of one (1) year. After this term, rights revert back to me unless renewal terms are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

I retain full ownership and copyright of all artworks unless a full buyout is agreed. In the event of a buyout, all rights - including copyright - will be transferred to the purchaser.
